Modificase el artículo 2 .13.1.12.6. del Capítulo 12 del Título 1 de la Parte 13 del Libro 2 del Decreto número 1071 de 2015, Decreto Único Reglamentario del Sector Administrativo Agropecuario, Pesquero y de Desarrollo Rural, el cual quedará de la siguiente manera: Artículo 2. 13 .1.12.6. Adopción del esquema Tarifario con la nueva Metodología. El Instituto Colombiano Agropecuario (ICA), tendrá un plazo máximo de doce (12) meses a partir del 27 de enero de 2021, para definir e implementar su nuevo sistema de cálculo y fijación de tarifas de acuerdo con los lineamientos establecidos en la normatividad vigente.
