º. La junta de Conversión gozará de completa autonomía en el ejercicio de sus funciones, pero sus miembros, en calidad de ordenadores, y el Secretario, como pagador, son responsables del Erario por los caudales públicos que manejen, para lo cual tomarán posesión de sus cargos ante el Ministro del Tesoro, prestarán fianza suficiente de acuerdo con el Código Fiscal, y rendirán cuentas mensualmente ante la Corte del Ramo.
