un contrato mediante el cual se le conceda a dicho inventor un auxilio de quince mil pesos ($15,000) moneda legal, a fin de que pueda patentar su maquinaria, destinada a la irrigación y otros fines industriales, ante el Gobierno de Suiza y demás que suscribieron la Convención de Ginebra, siempre que el favorecido contraiga las obligaciones que el Gobierno estime necesarias para compensar el beneficio otorgado por la presente Ley.
