Indemnización por incapacidad psicofísica. Los alumnos de que trata el artículo anterior, que sean dados de baja por incapacidad relativa y permanente; adquirida en actos relacionados con formación, tendrán derecho a que el Tesoro Público les pague una indemnización correspondiente al cincuenta por ciento (50 %) del sueldo básico de un Cabo 2º , de acuerdo con el reglamento respectivo. Si la incapacidad fuere absoluta y permanente, en las mismas circunstancias determinadas en el inciso 1º del presente artículo, se pagará por el Tesoro Público una pensión mensual equivalente al cincuenta por ciento (50%) del sueldo básico correspondiente a un Cabo 2º.
