Artículo tercero, Dentro de los cinco (5) días siguientes a aquél en que el solicitante haya acreditado el cumplimiento de lo ordenado en los artículo 1 ° y 2 ° del presente Decreto, el Ministerio de Fomento dictará la resolución motivada de que trata el artículo segundo del Decreto numero 1070 de 1956.
