° Control del aporte especial. El control del aporte especial para la administración de justicia estará a cargo de la Unidad Administrativa Especial Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales, para lo cual se aplicarán, en lo pertinente, las normas relativas a los procedimientos administrativos de fiscalización, determinación, discusión y cobro coactivo, establecidos en el Estatuto Tributario.
