Las relaciones laborales de los Fondos de Empleados con sus propios empleados se regirán por las normas del Código Sustantivo del Trabajo y para la graduación de sus prestaciones, se tendrá como capital del Fondo el valor de su patrimonio, según certificación del Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Cooperativas.
