Art. 42. En la Administración general habrá tres secciones: una de Rentas ó de recaudación, que se entenderá exclusivamente en todo lo relativo al cobro y percepción de los impuestos y contribuciones nacionales; otra de Gastos , encargada de todas las operaciones de pagos ó egresos que por sí ó por medio de las Oficinas subalternas tenga que hacer la Administración general; y la tercera de Cuentas , encargada del examen y fenecimiento en primera instancia de las mensuales que deben rendir los Administradores subalternos y que tendrá las funciones y deberes que se expresan en el capítulo respectivo.
