º La Comisión encargada de los estudios y proyectos de la carretera Bahía de Solano-río Atrato, a que se refiere el artículo 9.º del Decreto número 465, de 16 de febrero último, estará compuesta por el siguiente personal, con las asignaciones mensuales que se indican a continuación: Ingeniero-Jefe, seiscientos cincuenta pesos ($ 650, señor Enrique Carnés; Ingeniero Ayudante, quinientos pesos ($ 500), señor Santiago Garavito; Topógrafo, cuatrocientos pesos ($ 400), señor Luis María Latorre; Médico, cuatrocientos pesos ($ 400), y Habilitado-Almacenista, doscientos cuarenta pesos ($ 240), señor Sebastián Romero.
