Instituciones prestadoras de servicios de salud públicas . Las instituciones hospitalarias públicas, tanto las que se transformaron a empresas sociales del Estado como las que aún son instituciones prestadoras de servicios de salud públicas, se incluyen para efectos de aplicación de la tarifa de la tasa a favor da la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud dentro del valor asignado a las empresas sociales del Estado.
