Custodia de valores en el exterior . Las inversiones en valores de emisores del exterior o nacionales que se adquieran y permanezcan en el extranjero y que por su naturaleza sean susceptibles de ser custodiados, deben mantenerse en su totalidad, en custodia en bancos extranjeros, instituciones constituidas en el exterior que presten el servicio de custodia o en instituciones de custodia de valores constituidas en el exterior que tenga como giro exclusivo el servicio de custodia.
