Cuando el responsable de alguno de los delitos previstosen los dos artículos anteriores sea un médico, cirujano, farmaceuta o partera, la pena se aumentará hasta en la tercera parte, y se impondrá además la suspensión de la respectiva profesión por dos meses a seis años.
