º . l.as licencias de importación que se autoricen quince (15) días después de promulgada esta Resolución, tendrán un plazo de validez de cuatro meses, salvo cuando estén destinadas a amparar la importación de maquinaria y equipo da fabricación especial, en cuyo caso la Oficina de Control de Cambios fijará su validez según el término necesario para aquella fabricación.
