º. Recursos y patrimonio. Los recursos y el patrimonio de la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud estarán constituidos por

Las apropiaciones que le sean asignadas en el presupuesto nacional.

Los bienes que, como persona jurídica, haya adquirido o adquiera a cualquier título.

Las donaciones, subvenciones o contribuciones que reciba de organismos oficiales o de personas naturales o jurídicas, y

Los demás ingresos que le hayan sido o le sean reconocidos por las leyes.
