ARTICULO 4o . Las importaciones que se realicen en las zonas anteriormente señaladas sólo pagarán el impuesto a las ventas sobre su valor aduanero, previa presentación de la declaración correspondiente y gozarán de libre circulación en dichas zonas. Las jefaturas regionales de aduana de cada jurisdicción aceptarán el trámite en el documento que para tal fin establezca la Dirección General de Aduanas. Lo anterior, sin perjuicio de las importaciones de mercancías que se acojan al régimen general ordinario que les confiere la libre disposición.
