Parágrafo 11

al artículo 8 º del Decreto 1265 de 1999, el cual queda así: "

Parágrafo 11

En las Administraciones de Impuestos, de Impuestos y Aduanas y de Aduanas, donde no exista la División de Gestión y Asistencia al Cliente, las funciones serán desarrolladas por el Despacho del Administrador respectivo o a través de un grupo interno de trabajo adscrito a este, si las necesidades lo exigen".
