Modificar El Artículo 2

Decreto 490 de 2023 · Por el cual se modifica parcialmente el Decreto 1077 de 2015, en lo relacionado con las condiciones del programa de promoción de acceso a la vivienda de interés social “Mi Casa Ya” y se dictan otras disposiciones.

°. Modificar el artículo 2.1.1.8.3. del Decreto 1077 de 2015, el cual quedará así: “Artículo 2.1.1.8.3. Condiciones de los beneficiarios. La concurrencia de subsidios de que trata el presente Capítulo solo podrá aplicarse para hogares cuyos ingresos mensuales no superen el límite de dos (2) salarios mínimos legales mensuales vigentes.

Parágrafo

Cuando haya concurrencia con el programa de promoción de acceso a la vivienda de interés social “Mi Casa Ya” se aplicarán las condiciones establecidas en el literal a) del artículo 2.1.1.4.1.3.1.”.
