ADICIÓN AL PRESUPUESTO DE GASTOS O LEY DE APROPIACIONES, Adiciónese el Presupuesto de Gastos o Ley de Apropiaciones del Presupuesto General de la Nación de la vigencia fiscal de 2021 en la suma de DIEZ BILLONES NOVECIENTOS CINCUENTA Y CUATRO MIL TRESCIENTOS SESENTA Y CINCO MILLONES OCHOCIENTOS SETENTA Y OCHO MIL OCHOCIENTOS OCHENTA PESOS MONEDA LEGAL ($10.954.365.878.880), según el siguiente detalle:

Autorícese al Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público a efectuar distribuciones en otras secciones presupuesta les, para atender necesidades de gasto social que surjan de los programas propuestos en el presente proyecto de ley.
