ARTICULO 2.2.1.3.1 .- FACULTADES DE LA JUNTA MONETARIA. La Junta Monetaria, de acuerdo con el artículo 26 de la ley 45 de 1990, podrá señalar colocaciones sustitutivas de cualquier inversión obligatoria prevista en la ley, o establecer mecanismos alternativos para su cumplimiento, teniendo en cuenta la destinación de la inversión respectiva.
