Artículo decimocuarto. El cobro de las mensualidades hoteleras, se hará sobre la base de treinta (30) días -mes comercial-, los meses de 28, 29 o 31 días se liquidarán .como de treinta (30) cuando se haya contratado por mensualidades. Para el efecto no habrá distinción entre clientes nuevos y antiguos.
