La Unidad Administrativa Especial de Aeronáutica Civil (UAEAC), deberá cancelar al Fondo de Comunicaciones por el uso de frecuencias en las bandas atribuidas al servicio móvil aeronáutico (R) y radionavegación aeronáutica la suma de cinco (5) salarios mínimos legales mensuales por el término del convenio a que se refiere el artículo 7°.
