Difusión del cabildo. Los concejos municipales o distritales, o las juntas administradoras locales, dispondrán la amplia difusión de la fecha, el lugar y de los temas que serán objeto del cabildo abierto. Para ello, ordenarán la publicación de dos convocatorias en un medio de comunicación idóneo.
