º La sección Municipal del Patronato Escolar será integrada por el Alcalde, el Párroco, el presidente del concejo Municipal, tres ciudadanos y dos señoras; los cinco últimos escogidos entre aquellas personas de mayor espíritu público y de reconocida capacidad organizadora. Los anteriores nombramientos serán comuncados a la Gobernación para su ratificación y goce de la personería, que por el presente Decreto se les atribuye.
