Art. 10° Las obligaciones que se contraigan en moneda colombiana ó en que no se exprese moneda determinada, se entenderán contraídas y serán pagadas en la moneda de oro de que tratan los dos artículos primeros de la presente Ley, ó su equivalente en papel-moneda al tipo del cambio de cien pesos en papel-moneda por un peso en oro.

Parágrafo

Las obligaciones en que expresamente se estipule papel-moneda se extinguirán con el pago en esta especie.
