°. DEL REGIMEN APLICABLE A LAS SOCIEDADES CON APORTE NACIONAL INFERIOR AL NOVENTA POR CIENTO (90%). Las sociedades de economía mixta en las cuales el aporte de la Nación o de sus entidades descentralizadas fuere inferior al noventa por ciento (90%) del capital social, se someten a las reglas del derecho privado, salvo las excepciones que consagra la ley.
