La entidad estatal competente deberá contar con los documentos que soporten el diligenciamiento de la información de análisis de riesgos de amenazas y vulnerabilidad, de acuerdo con la metodología de evaluación de proyectos establecida por el Departamento Nacional de Planeación”.
