Art. 4.° El compromiso de que habla el artículo anterior se estenderá por escrito, i será firmado por el individuo que solicite ser matriculado, i por un fiador satisfacción del Director jeneral de correos, consignando las obligaciones que se contraen, i fijando la cantidad que tiene que indemnizar por la enseñanza, en caso de que no quiera servir el destino.
