Prohibiciones. Salvo los casos de representación legal, los administradores y empleados de la sociedad, mientras estén en el ejercicio de sus funciones, no podrán representar en las reuniones de la asamblea general de Accionistas, acciones distintas de las propias, ni sustituir los poderes que para este efecto se les confieran. Tampoco podrán votar los balances y cuentas de fin de ejercicio, ni las de liquidación.
