Artículo décimo. Cada año, y en la oportunidad que determinen los estatutos, el Director General del Instituto presentará a la consideración de la Junta. Directiva el proyecto de presupuesto de ingresos y gastos de la Corporación para el año siguiente. Si la Junta, en dos sesiones, no expide el presupuesto, corresponderá tal función al Comité Ejecutivo. CAPITULO V Dirección de la Corporación.
