De la formalidad de las providencias mediante las cuales se impongan sanciones . Las sanciones deberán imponerse mediante resolución motivada, expedida por la autoridad sanitaria competente la cual deberá notificarse personalmente al afectado D a su representante legal dentro del término de los cinco (5) días hábiles posteriores a su expedición,

Parágrafo

Si no pudiera hacerse la notificación personal se procederá de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el Código Contencioso Administrativo.
