Todos los empleados de manejo que tenga el Instituto deberán, antes de tomar posesión, otorgar cauciones, por el valor que determine el Revisor Fiscal, ya sean hipotecarias, prendarías o de una compañía de seguros o de una entidad aseguradora de manejo autorizada por las leyes.
