Las sumas que se recauden por concepto delpago de los servicios del Garaje Oficial, se llevarán al fondo rotativo del Departamento . El pago del canon de arrendamiento del local en que funciona el Garaje se hará con cargo a ese fondo rotativo. La diferencia en favor, entre lo cobrado por servicios y lo pagado por arrendamiento, podrá aplicarse a gastos de los servicios del Garaje y sus talleres.
