Art 1° Cédese gratuitamente al Departamento de Panamá el resto de las tres hectáreas de tierra que aún conserva la República en la isla de Manzanillo, de acuerdo con el derecho que se reservó por el artículo 10 de la Ley 46 de 1867, sin perjuicio de los derechos otorgados por la Ley 2 a de 1888 á la Diócesis de Panamá.
