ARTICULO 2.4.12.1.3 .- UNIDAD DE MATRÍCULA CONSTANTE. El fomento del ahorro como mecanismo de previsión social para la educación superior, a través de los títulos de ahorro educativo (T.A.E.), se orientará sobre la base del principio del valor constante de las matrículas. En desarrollo del principio de valor constante de las matrículas, establécese la unidad de matrícula constante, UMAC.
