Art. 2° Para que los recaudadores de rentas públicas mencionados tengan derecho á que se les haga el abono de que trata este decreto, comprobarán ante la oficina que debe verificar dicho abono que las monedas falsas aludidas ingresaron efectivamente en sus respectivas oficinas antes de la fecha expresada en el artículo anterior.
