Los sueldos y salarios deberán ser pagados por periodos iguales y vencidos, en moneda legal. Los mayores de diez y ocho años y las mujeres casadas, aunque no estén divorciadas ni sus bienes separados, recibirán separadamente el pago de sus sueldos y salarios, y podrán administrar sus emolumentos sin intervención de sus representantes legales.
