º. Los corresponsales de prensa serán personalmente responsables de las informaciones que por cualquier medio transmitan al exterior. El Ministerio de Comunicaciones sancionará con la cancelación de la credencial a que se refiere el artículo 3º. De este Decreto cualquier información que sea inexacta o de carácter tendencioso, en concepto del mismo Ministerio.
