Los Ayudantes encargados de los almacenes están obligados a vigilar el movimiento de la carga en éstos, y responderán de las novedades que ocurran en los respectivos almacenes, ya sea por descuido, por negligencia o cualquiera otra falta que pueda imputárseles, sin perjuicio de la responsabilidad legal del Guardaalmacén.
