Con una semana de anterioridad al inicio de cada una de las quincenas de que trata el artículo anterior, el Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural, previa aplicación del procedimiento allí señalado, informará a la Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales los gravámenes arancelarios totales aplicados por Venezuela, para cada uno de los productos de que trata el artículo 1º de este Decreto.
