Decreto 2394 de 1997 · Por el cual se adiciona el artículo 3o del Decreto 1403 de 1996, mediante el cual se modificaron parcialmente las características de los Certificados de Reembolso Tributario -CERT-, creados por el artículo 2o de la Ley 48 de 1983

Adiciónase el artículo 3 del Decreto 1403 del 8 de agosto de 1996, con el siguiente

Parágrafo

El Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público podrá determinar que la totalidad o parte de la emisión de los Certificados de Reembolso Tributario, CERT, a que se refiere el artículo segundo de la Ley 48 de 1983, se efectúe mediante el depósito en un depósito centralizado de valores, debidamente autorizado por la Superintendencia de Valores, evento en el cual estos títulos circularán en forma desmaterializada".
