TEXTO CORRESPONDIENTE A

LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 4. Los individuos, que voluntariamente ofrecieren i consignaren recursos en dinero o en especie para subvenir a los gastos o para hacer cualquier servicio conducente al restablecimiento del orden, tendrán derecho a exijir, por el valor que suministren, un interés del diez por ciento anual.
