º. Del estudio, análisis y concepto. El artículo 135 del Decreto 2333 de 1982, quadará así: "Artículo 135. El Ministerio de Salud o la autoridad delegada, estudiará la documentación presentada y con base en el estudio de la misma, se emitirá el concepto favorable o desfavorable para la expedición del registro sanitario.

Parágrafo

Una vez otorgado el registro sanitario el titular del mismo deberá comunicar por escrito al Ministerio de Salud o a la autoridad que otorgó el registro la fecha de iniciación de la comercialización del producto".
