Art. 88. Los autos de sustanciación que profiera el Magistrado Sustanciador y que causen gravamen irreparable por la sentencia definitiva; y los autos interlocutorios que dicte el mismo Sustanciador, con motivo de cualquier incidente que ocurra en segunda instancia, son apelables para ante el Magistrado ó Magistrados que concurren á formar la Sala de Decisión.
