De la competencia sancionatoria . La facultad sancionatoria sobre las instituciones del subsector privado del sector salud en cuanto a la prestación de los servicios de salud, será ejercida en cada caso, por la autoridad competente en aquellos aspectos que en virtud de la descentralización administrativa estén bajo su responsabilidad o se les haya expresamente asignado o delegado.
