º. Inscripción y registro. Para efectos del control y vigilancia sobre la explotación del juego de Apuestas Permanentes, los concesionarios legalmente autorizados deberán registrar ante la entidad concedente, los establecimientos de comercio, agencias, locales comerciales o puntos de venta en donde se expenda el juego, registro que tendrá un valor de dos salarios mínimos legales mensuales vigentes, por cada año, al momento de registrarse.
