Junta de Licitaciones.- En el Ministerio funcionará una Junta de Licitaciones y Adquisiciones que estará integrada por el Secretario General, quien la presidirá, por los Jefes de las Divisiones de la Secretaría General, por el Director de la Oficina Jurídica y por el Director de la Oficina de Control Interno; El Jefe de la División Administrativa actuará como secretario de la Junta; La Junta de Licitaciones y Adquisiciones cumplirá las funciones previstas en las normas vigentes sobre la materia.
