° Créase un cuerpo de Injenieros zapadores, que se compondrá de un Comandante, cuatro Injenieros Capitanes ayudantes i cien individuos de tropa. Tal cuerpo tendrá a su cargo una batería de cañones Whitwort, otra de ametralladoras, el parque correspondiente a ámbas, i las herramientas necesarias a su oficio ; i será de su deber construir las trincheras, reductos i en jeneral todas las obras de fortificacion que disponga el Jeneral en jefe del Ejército a que se adscriba.
