Supervisión y control. Sin perjuicio de lo previsto en las disposiciones legales relativas a las autoridades de vigilancia y control, el Ministerio del Trabajo podrá ejercer supervisión sobre el cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el presente capítulo.
