LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.2.3.1.6.11. Recursos. Contra la decisión que resuelve sobre la condición de refugiado, procede el recurso de reposición en los términos que lo establece el Código de Procedimiento Administrativo y de lo Contencioso Administrativo.

Corresponde a la Dirección de Asuntos Jurídicos Internacionales del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores, sustanciar el proyecto de resolución que resuelve el recurso de reposición, el cual será enviado para firma del Ministro de Relaciones Exteriores.
