ARTICULO 71. De las personas Nombradas en Cargos de Carrera Las personas que a al vigencia del presente Decreto estén desempeñándo cargos de carrera en la planta del Instituto de Seguros Socialaes, deberán regirse, para efectos de nmbramientos de que trata el presente Decreto .
